Returns Policy

Return Guidelines

  • Initiating Returns: Please contact us to begin the return process. Please have your order invoice ready, as it's necessary to process your return.
  • Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover handling and restocking expenses.
  • Condition of Returns: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all instructions and any associated hardware. We cannot accept returns of parts that have been used, installed, attempted to be installed, or are otherwise non-resaleable condition.
  • Exclusions: Electrical components and chemical/fluids are non-returnable.
  • Inspection Rights: We reserve the right to inspect all returned items. We may deny returns for items that have been opened, installed, show signs of use, not in the original packaging, or if the conditions outlined above are not met.
  • Return Window: Return requests must be made within 30 days from the invoice date.
  • Refund Process: After inspecting your return, we will process your refund and credit it to your original payment method. The credit may take 2 to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your credit card company's policies. Shipping costs are non-refundable

Cancellation Guidelines

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled at any time before they are dispatched for shipping.
  • Special Orders: Items not in stock that are specially ordered from the manufacturer may be subject to a 15% return fee if the order is canceled within the Cancelation window.

Core Returns Guidelines

  • Core Charge Details: Certain items carry a "core charge," a refundable deposit to encourage the return of an old part. Cores must be returned fully assembled, clean, complete with no missing parts, and exhibiting no damage beyond ordinary wear and tear. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs or may opt to return the part in person. All core returns must be processed through the dealer that fulfilled the order.
