Order Processing Time: In-stock orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed. Orders placed over a weekend or on a holiday are processed the next business day.
Special Orders: Items not in stock that need to be ordered from the manufacturer typically arrive at our facility within 5-10 business days and are promptly shipped to you.
Delivery Timeframe: Ground shipment delivery times vary based on location, typically ranging from 2 to 7 days. We will provide you a carrier tracking number used for the shipment. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific transit times for ground and oversized shipments.
Expedited Shipping: For urgent orders, overnight shipping is available at an additional cost for parts in stock.
Oversized Shipments: Additional charges apply for oversized shipments. We will contact you for approval before proceeding with such shipments.
Carrier Flexibility: To reduce shipping costs for our customers, we reserve the right to substitute shipping carriers.
Shipping Availability: We only ship to the lower 48 states and do not offer international shipping services.
Backorders and Discontinuations: If an item is backordered or discontinued, we will attempt to locate the part as quickly as possible.
COD Policy: We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
