How Can I Tell if My Mitsubishi Has a Bad Belt, Pulley, or Bracket?
You'll run an inspection and find obvious wear and damage, excessive looseness or tightness, and unusual noises like squealing. You may also notice things like the heating and AC, power steering, alternator, and cooling system malfunctioning.
What Do the Belts, Pulleys, and Brackets in a Mitsubishi Cost to Replace?
Although cost depends on the part, repair bills can add up fast, because there's a belt, a pulley, or a bracket for almost everything under the hood that runs: a serpentine belt, a drive belt (V-belt), and a timing belt (or chain), plus crank, accessory, idler, and tensioner pulleys, seat belt and tensioner brackets, and more.
